Abstract

This Order provides for the adaptation of the municipal plan norms incompatible with the Regional Programme of Forestry Planning of Entre Douro and Minho, with the Regional Programme of Forestry Planning of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro and with the Regional Programme of Forestry Planning of the Central Coastal Zone. The territorial competent Regional Coordination and Development Commissions, in liaison with the Institute for the Conservation of Nature and Forests, I.P., ensure all necessary technical collaboration in the procedures referred.
