Abstract By implementing the 73/78 Marpol International Convention, this Order sets rules on the prohibition of emissions of ozone-depleting substances from ships or platforms, including emissions due to maintenance, repair or disposal of systems or equipment, which may pollute the atmosphere or the sea. The Order applies to Danish ships in the Danish and international waters, foreign ships and platforms in Danish waters.
