Abstract

This Order, amending the annexes of Order No. 344/94 of 1 June, defines new measures of phytosanitary protection aimed at avoiding the spreading of harmful agents to plants in national and EC territory. It is composed of 39 articles listing all relevant plant varieties and plant diseases by EC Member State.
