Abstract This Order's purpose is to ensure regulations on the control and protection of plant production against the spreading of potato cyst nematodes such as: Globodera pallida, Behrens, Globodera rostochiensis and Behrens (European species). Infected growing areas shall be surrounded by effective protection barriers, and equipment used for the treatment of these crops shall be disinfected prior to new use. The Plant Directorate shall ensure inspection of compliance of such regulations.
