Abstract

This Order establishes dredge fishing restrictions within North-Western areas. 11 Authorized boats dredge must satisfy the following restrictions: From 1 January to 1 March and from 1 November to 31 December, boats dredge are authorized to fish five days per week, from monday to friday. Each boat must not exceed weekly quota of 1200 kg of surf clam (Spisula solida); not exceed 120 kg of other bivalves/day and from 2 March to 31 October catch must not exceed 240 kg of surf clam and 120 kg of other bivalves.
