Operation of reclamation systems and separately located waterworks shall be carried out by citizens (natural persons) and legal entities that are their owners, possessors, users, tenants. Proprietors of reclamation systems and separately located waterworks must perform works aimed at increasing the level of operation, reliability, safety and efficiency of reclamation systems and separately located waterworks and reduction of electricity consumption.
