Entry into force notes
The Order enters into force on 1 January 1993.
Abstract

The Order applies to anyone hunting and/or wounding minke whales; those shall be required to immediately notify to local authorities a report of such occurrences with a detailed list of specified information regarding the animal(s), area of catch, hunting method, vessel registration and licence.
