Abstract This Order amends Order No. 134/2015 on the regime of operation 8.1.3 "Forest Prevention against biotic and abiotic agents". Amended articles deal with the regime for the implementation of operation 8.1.3, "Forest prevention against biotic and abiotic agents" and operation 8.1 .4 "Restoration of forest affected by biotic and abiotic agents or by catastrophic events", both of which are included in Action 8.1, "Sustainable Forestry" of Measure 8, "Protection and Rehabilitation of Forest Settlements", of the Continent Rural Development Programme (PDR 2020). Amendments provide for new supports programme under the Measure 8 'Protection and Rehabilitation of Forest Settlements' of the PDR 2020 which can be combined with others, provided that the following conditions are met: a) Eligible investment up to a limit of EUR 2 million per ZIF; b) Eligible investment up to a limit of 2 million euros, for public entities and collective forest management entities; c) Eligible investment up to a limit of EUR 1 million for the remaining beneficiaries.
