State registration shall be compulsory for all explored mineral deposits verified by state testing. Mineral stocks shall be calculated based on the outcome of exploration practices. Classification shall be applicable to solid minerals and groundwater, which shall be classified into four categories: (a) developed reserves; (b) explored reserves; (c) approximately assessed reserves; or (d) prospected reserves.
