The Order enters into force on 1 June 2010.
Abstract

This Order has the purpose to mark the area outside Ivittuut and Kangilinnguit as a conservation area in order to preserve its habitat. It is not allowed to plant, camp or drive through or fly over and/or land with any motorized or non-motorized vehicle. The Department of Fisheries, Hunting and Agriculture may establish quota for hunting and trophy hunting of musk oxen, however all hunting is prohibited in certain regions as well as net fishing (fishing from shore is allowed in certain areas) and trout fishing in freshwater is only allowed with rod.
