The Order enters into force on 1 January 1997.
Abstract

Fishing for shrimp is subject to license and based on specific vessel tonnage. Landing of catch and other pertinent information must be registered in the vessel's logbook; bycatch must be clearly separated from other species and stowed and labeled for further inspection by local authorities (GFLK).
