The Order enters into force on 1 January 1992.
Abstract

The Order applies to commercial fishing for cod and redfish in Greenland and on national finishing vessels. These measuring more than 75 BRT tonnage are subject to time-limited licence with no total catch allowable requirement. At least 60% of fishing vessel crew must have Greenlandic tax-paying status to whom license is granted.
