Abstract

The Order applies to the approval of plant production of genetically modified microorganisms and notification thereof. Production of genetically modified organisms is classified in 4 sections listed in Appendix 3 and is approved by the Forest and Nature Agency. At each start of any production, an assessment of the environmental nature and health risks in Appendix 2 and Appendix 6 shall take place.
