Abstract

This Order, from the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, lays down rules concerning the monitoring, prevention, and control of COVID-19 in fur animals. It contains provisions regulating mandatory COVID-19 contagion protection plans; reporting obligations; cases of suspicion or confirmed infection; official controls; testing upon import and movement of minks; collection of dead fur animals; etc. The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration may order a business operation infected with COVID-19 to kill all fur animals on the premises.
