Abstract This Order applies to grid connectivity companies operating under the municipal administration. The Energy Agency notifies on a yearly basis (end of December) a revenue cap for each company/supplier. Its allocation is calculated on the basis of its regulation price as of 1 January in the regulation year with its expected amount of delivered electricity (kWh). Regulating prices and disposable income is adjusted by using a weighted index of 50% of employee wage and 50% material share. ILON2 is Denmark's statistic wage index for the industry employees. Share index is Denmark's statistics price index for domestic service supply (PRIS10). The Energy Agency notifies on a quarterly basis the entire index.
