The Order enters into force on 1 January 1999.
Abstract

The Order sets regulations on total allowable catch for deep sea- and coastal- commercial fishing. Quotas allowed are based on vessel’s tonnage registration and are subject to time limit requirements. National authorities shall notify suspension of fishing to the fishing vessel’s country provenience authorities.
