This Order enters into force on 31 december 1996.
Abstract

The Order applies to commercial hunting of mammals and birds which activities require a license for which a fee is paid. Criteria for applying for the permit include residence status in Greenland, having a minimum 50% gross income from hunting activities (retiree are not granted hunting license), requirement for registration of catch and notification thereof to local authorities. Occasionally, catches may be used for research purposes.
