The Order enters into force on 1 January 1996.
Abstract

The Order applies to commercial fishing in the Greenland fishing territory of the following species: Cod (Gadus morhua); Shrimp (Pandalus borealis); Halibut (Reinhardtius hippoglosoides); Halibut (Hippoglossus hippoglossus); Striped Catfish (Anarchichas lupus); Spotted catfish (Anarchichas minor); Common grenadier (Coryphaenoides rupestris); Northern grenadier (Macrourus berglax); Solder (Mallotus villosus); Crabs (Chionoecetes opilio); Blue whiting (Gadus poutassou); Arctic Cod (Boreogadus saida).
