Abstract This Order contains lists of substances the EU Commission has assessed and decided either to include as active substances for Biocides and plant protection regulations. The document also contains a list of substances that Environmental Protection Agency has evaluated under article 15 of the Regulation on pesticides and authorized for use in pesticides not included in the Biocides rules. Appendix 1 contains a list of active substances the EU Commission decided to include as active substances for biocidal prior to 15 July 2013. Appendix 2 provides a list of active substances included in Appendix II to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1451/2007, and that the EU Commission has decided not to include in the list of approved active substances for biocidal agents. Appendix 3 contains a list of pesticides for which are granted a phasing period in accordance to article 46 of Plant Protection Act. Appendix 4 contains a list of plant protection productswhich may not be held in possession after 2 September or 15 December 2012. Appendix 5 contains a list of active substances which the Environmental Protection Agency has assessed according to article 15 of the Regulation on pesticides.
