Abstract The Order applies to commercial fishing of redfish. Fishing by vessels over 80 BRT are subject to license which shall be issued for a maximum of one calendar year. Conditions for licensing require vessels to consist of a minimum of 70% crew members having residence in greenland for the past two years and that have fishing as their main source of income. The License shall specify which geographic areas where fishing is permitted, time of fishing as well as total allowable catch.
