Abstract This Order approves the Regulation of the «Ecological Navigation» Incentive System from the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) allocated to the investment TC-C10-i07 — Ecological Navigation. The incentive system promotes and financially supports projects aimed to accelerate the decarbonization of maritime transport of goods and passengers, in the medium and long term, in favour of environmental protection. The «Ecological Navigation» incentive system is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), in compliance with the rules defined in Regulation (EU) No. 2021/241, of the European Parliament and the Council, of 12 February 2021, which creates the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, in Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014, of the European Commission of 16 June 2014, which declares certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market, in application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty, the «General Block Exemption Regulation» (GBER), in Regulation (EU) No. 2023/2831 of 13 December (de minimis aid) and by the technical guidelines approved by the “Recover Portugal” Mission Structure (EMRP).
