The Order enters into force on 1 September 2001.
Abstract

This Order seeks to ensure environment prevention of ozone-depleting substances by pollution control of air, water, ice and soil and applies to chemical substances and their isomers, both alone and in combination with other agents. Commercial manufacture, export and sale of products containing these chemicals is not permitted.
