This Order enters into force on 1 January 2017.

Abstract

This Order establishes mandatory procedure for owners of fishing vessels related to equipment of fishing vessels with technical means and devices for fishing vessels with capacity of over fifty-five kilowatt and gross registered tonnage over eighty tons flying the flag of the Russian Federation and performing coastal zone fisheries and/or industrial fisheries. It establishes the list of mandatory technical equipment, categories and types of technical means and devices to be installed on board of fishing vessels.
