Abstract The Order sets rules with regard to the environmental contributions and payment of compensation in connection with the dismantling and scrapping of vehicles. The insurance in adherence to the Law on Environment and reimbursement in connection with dismantling and scrapping of vehicles is compulsory. Indemnity to last registered owner of vehicles may be granted after their scrapping. Compensation shall be paid if the car is deregistered in the Central Registration after 30 June 2000.
