Abstract

This Order establishes minimum annual catch for a single fishing vessel carrying out fisheries in the internal sea, territorial sea, EEZ, on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation and in the fishing areas governed by the international agreements in the Barents Sea (Northern basin) according to the Annex 1. It also establishes minimum daily catch of cod and Peter’s fish for each single fishing vessel in the aforesaid fishing areas. In case of insufficient minimum allowable annual catch of cod and Peter’s fish there shall be applicable minimum daily catch as established by the Annex 2.
