Abstract

This Order regulates agricultural seed production, control and certification (in particular of cereals). It consists of 6 chapters regulating the requirements to be met by plant seed varieties, specifying controls to be carried out on reproduction lands, fees and requirements for obtaining the production certificate. 2 Tables are attached to the text listing the rate of cereals to be analyzed.
