Abstract The Order applies to Danish commercial fishing by registered Danish vessels with regard to fishing and fishing periods set out in Appendix 1, and the applicaiton of acoustic devices which may be of a maximum height of 455 meters. The regulation of such acoustic equipment applies in view of incidental catches of cetaceans.
