Abstract This Order sets regulations concerning the sale of seeds. A batch of grains of a species listed in Appendix 2 may be sold as sowing grain, and any production and sale of this commodity is subject to registration, inspection, labelling and certification by the Danish AgriFish Agency. For batches of certified rye and hybrids of regular barley, oat, wheat, triticale, spelt, durum wheat, at an overall size that does not exceed 120 tonnes (parent party), the analysis rate of compliance with the quality standards laid down in Appendix 5 shall be reduced to a single inspection. The Danish AgriFish Agency may certify a party of this commodity in adherence to regulations for the certification of internationally-traded seeds laid down by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), should the batch be exported to a non-EU member state.
