This Order enters into force on 1 January 2004.
Abstract

The Order aims to ensure appropriate and biologically sound exploitation of fish stocks and applies to Greenland vessels licensed to fish in and out of Greenland's fishing territory. By "conversion factor" the Order ensures that a factor by which the weight of the finished fish product must be multiplied to calculate the weight of the captured fish in whole fish. This information should be submitted to the Greenland Licence Fishing Control (GLFK) by utilizing the attached form.
