Aerosols containing mixtures which are applied before 1 June 2015 do not need to re-labelling in accordance to Appendix 1, section 2.2 before 1 June 2017. Abstract This Order implements parts of Council Directive 75/324/EEC on the approximation of the laws of aerosols and is applied to offshore installations as defined in article 2 of Offshore Safety Act. Aerosols may only be placed or made available on the market if they comply with the provisions of Appendix 1 and shall be labelled in Danish.
