Entry into force notes
This Order enters into force on 1 September 2002.
Abstract

The Order aims to ensure appropriate and biologically sound artisanal and deep-sea shrimp fishing observing determined geographic areas specified in the document where such activities are allowed. Criteria for implementing this Order is based on the size of fishing vessels as well as the fishing areas determined by fishing licensing.
