Abstract This Order sets rules on the monitoring of Mastitis in livestock and divides the disease into B Mastitis (caused by Streptococcus agalactiae and Mastitis caused by other microorganisms. The Order sets specific guidelines on the monitoring of dairy product production plants and implements laboratory testing activities for ascertain spread of the disease in live animals. Results thereof shall be submitted to the Central Livestock Registration (CHR) for identification and registration.
