Abstract

The Order applies to commercial fishing for salmon in 1985 in the Greenland fishing territory west of Cape Farewell. Commercial fishing for salmon may only take place following granted license and after prior negotiations with KNAPK in regards to the prohibition or restriction in the use of certain fishing gears, types or fishing methods. Salmon-fishing may only take place with nets which mesh size (in stretched target) is 140 mm.
