Abstract

The purpose of this Order is to conform the provisions of the Forestry Sanitary Regulations to the Regulation on trade of standing timber. Paragraph 66 of the Forestry Sanitary Regulations acquires a new wording : "Clearing of felling sites is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on trade of standing timber and Regional regulations on felling for main use."
