Abstract The Order partly amends Order No. 175, in what concerns subsidy grant for the establishment of water condition levels, and thereafter improve habitat conservation of species allocated by the Natura2000 water areas. The articles implemented now are 3, 5 (section 1) art. 7 (sect. 4) art. 11 (sect. 4) of (repealed) Rural Development Act No. 316 (LEX-FAOC096511) and article 5, section 1, No, 5 of Order No. 559. The Order also amends the provision whereby application for subsidy cannot be submitted as of 1 March 2015. Projects financed by the programme must terminate no later than 1 May 2015. Article 22, section 3 of Order No. 175 is repealed and hereby replaced with the following: "Section 3. Final payment of the subsidy is subject to final payment request with a project report received within 3 months after the date on which the project must be completed. The Danish AgriFish Agency may in special cases grant exemption from this period. Section 4. The Agency may approve a shorter period than 3 months. The date on which the final payment request must be received by the Agency should be maintained. Applications must be received in before the date on which the project must be completed. Section 5. Should the Agency approve applications as described in section 4, an extension of the project completion date may be granted accordingly."
