Abstract

This Order sets regulations with regard to 2016 commercial fishing quota in Greenland's fishing territory. It also applies to Greenlandic fisheries outside the fishing territory of Greenland. The regulations set in this Order apply to fishing vessels of any tonnage. The exact authorized fishing areas are described in article 2. Fishing for scallops will adhere to fishing areas as set in art. 6 and inshore fishing for halibut regulations are listed under art. 7. The enclosed Appendices 1 and 2 indicate the listing of fishing quota, fish types and related locations.
