Abstract This Order applies to consumer contracts for the sale of electricity as a power trading business where the consumer acts primarily outside his profession. The Order also applies to the agreement on grid use. Consumers and trading businesses must establish a contract for the sale of electricity which at least includes the business particulars, which energy services are being offered, timeframe of energy supply and prices/fees. Price reductions and other changes favorable to the consumer are not reuqired to be notified, as well as changes in taxes, duties and the likes.
