Entry into force notes
This Order enters into force on 10 December 2007.
Abstract

The Order sets regulation on commercial fishing quota. For inshore fishing of halibut and scallops, the Order provides determined permitted fishing quota areas. For stocks listed in Annex 1 (coastal- and sea-fishing), the total allowable catch is based on regulations applicable to the provenience, size and fishing license of vessels.
