Abstract The Order sets regulation on commercial fishing quota. For inshore fishing of halibut and scallops, the Order provides determined permitted fishing quota areas. For stocks listed in Annex 1 (coastal- and sea-fishing), the total allowable catch is based on regulations applicable to the provenience, size and fishing license of vessels.
