Abstract

The Minister orders to validate the form of administrative license in accordance with the Annex. Department of protection of biodiversity is entitled to register and store the forms of administrative licenses. Territorial wildlife institutions must provide for registration of administrative licenses and control over the observance of conditions envisaged by the administrative license. The holder of the administrative license must keep it and must enclose it with the application form for the renewal of it. License is not issued for wildlife species bred in captivity except for release of them in the natural habitat for the purpose of their conservation and (or) stock enhancement and repopulation. The document contains the form of the administrative license.
