Abstract

This Order, consisting of 5 articles and 1 Annex, approves the hygiene/sanitary procedures for fulfilling veterinary and food safety requirements on the conditions that can be performed in processing raw milk not meeting the criteria on the total number of germs contained as specified in Section IX of Annex III to Council Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin, as amended, referred to annex part of this Order. It establishes National requirements for raw milk not meeting the criteria, as specified.
