Abstract

The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration shall receive advance electronic applications. Inspections of products shall be carried out implementing EU provisions (No. 2015/175). Penalties for non-compliance shall be punished in accordance to articles 6 (section 7) art. 7 (sect. 6) art. 12 (sect. 7) art. 14 (sect. 3) art. 17 (art. 6) art. 22 (sect. 4) art. 23 (sect. 3) art. 28 (sect. 4) art. 29 (sect 5) art. 34 (sect. 2) art. 36 (sect. 3) or art. 37 (sect. 6). Additionally penalties shall implement EU provisions, as listed and amended in article 49.
