Abstract The Order sets rules on commercial fishing for halibut - which activity is subject to license that must specify vessel tonnage (max. 75 BRT). Commercial fishing for halibut with nets or trawl nets is prohibited; however, it is permitted to fish with nets until 30 April 2001 in Ilulissat municipality within restricted points listed in article 6. Landing of catch must be notified to the Greenland Fishery License Control (GFLK). The license is limited and is issued for a maximum of one year at a time.
