Abstract

Cultivation of genetically modified crops may only be carried out by individuals authorized by the Danish AgriFish Agency. The requirement for approval for cultivation applies to owners and users of land where genetically modified crops are grown. The Agency shall approve, upon application, a course provider to issue proof of participation in training courses on the cultivation of genetically modified crops. The programme must meet requirements on the enclosed Appendix 1, and can be considered for approval of gmo crop growers. Transport of genetically modified crops must take place in accordance with the conditions set out in Appendix 2 of point C for crops.
