Abstract

Fishing should not be exercised in such a way that boating is prevented or impeded. The Danish AgriFish Agency, regulated by the Ministry of Environment and Food of Denmark, may order the removal of fishing gear and, at owner's expense, have fishing gear removed when considered of hindrance and prevent or obstruct navigation by the Danish AgriFish Agency, the Maritime Safety Administration or the Danish Maritime Safety Administration.
