Entry into force notes
1 January 2014. Exemptions for fumigation issued pursuant to pesticide regulations shall remain valid until the expiry date shown by the exemption, however no later than 30 June 2018.
Abstract

This Order applies to the control of pests by means of gas (fumigation), such as moles, voles and harmful insects in stocks of grain, seeds and the like (on land and ships). This requires an authorization for fumigation and related pesticides used pesticides; those applying for a permit of fumigation must be eligible to apply pesticides classified as toxic, acute toxic category 1 or 2, or specific measures in Category 1 (STOT SE 1) following classification regulations – following applicants succ
