Entry into force notes
The Order enters into force on 1 January 2017.
Abstract

This Order applies to certain species of fish that are fished or caught in ICES areas 22 - 32 and which are intended to be marketed as food, when there is or may be a public health risk due to the nature of certain fish species caused by pollution. However, for salmon and trout, the order is geographically limited to catches from ICES areas 24 - 32.
