Abstract

Straw or other similar parts of agricultural crops should not be burned in fields or uncultivated land. The Environmental Protection Agency shall exceptionally notify exemptions from the ban if necessary on the basis of control of plant diseases, pests or the like. For monitoring and enforcement provisions, Chapter 9 of the Environmental Protection Act apply.
