Entry into force notes
The Order enters into force on 1 January 2008 and automatically repeals on 1 January 2013.
Abstract

The Order establishes rules for the testing of combustion plants prior to their sale, transfer or connection in order to prevent air pollution. Combustion for energy production includes water, coal, wood or plant seeds and other agricultural products subject to biomass waste regulations.
