Abstract

The Order applies to commercial fishing in the Greenland fishing territory, and the commercial fishery which is determined by vessel tonnage limit. Scallop-fishing is only allowed in specific areas under article 6 and, should the allowed quota be reached, the national Fishery shall establish suspension of fishing activities.
