Abstract

The Order sets out rules for the calculation of pollution contents in particularly polluted wastewaters, the cost of special polluted wastewater and inventory, collection and documentation of special contributions and wastewater companies, as well as their administration. A wastewater utility company must set limit values for particularly polluted wastewater and for all its parameters in costs for special measures, except for organic matter that has been determined as COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), total nitrogen and total phosphorus. Calculation of special contributions for 2015 shall apply to current rules. In particular, polluted wastewater defined in this Order shall include COD, total nitrogen and total phosphorus wastewater containing: a) more than 1 600 mg/l of organic matter that has been determined as COD; b) more than 100 mg/l total nitrogen; or c) more than 15 mg/l total phosphorus.
